Class Schedule

Cancellation Windows:

  • Mat Classes (Pilates Mat, BURN, and Yoga) are 30 minutes before the start of class

  • Reformer Classes are 4 hours before the start of class

  • Private and Semi-Private Sessions are 24 hours before the start of your session

Late Policy:

  • If class has begun and you are not there, you will be charged.

  • If we have a waitlist for class and you have not arrived by 5 minutes past the start time, your spot will be given to the first person on the waitlist, and you will still be charged.

  • If you are running late, give us a call or email to let us know to expect you.

Join us for our BURN classes!

BURN is our signature class that combines elements from yoga, pilates, strength training, and HIIT for a dynamic full-body workout.

BURN - a traditional fitness class incorporating props for resistance training and cardio work.

Step and BURN - a choreographed fitness class using props and step boards to focus more on cardiovascular strength.

Sculpt and BURN - based on the Yoga Sculpt sequence, this class is a yoga-infused fitness class with multiple props for resistance and cardio work.

Classes are available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
