Casey found her love of yoga during a difficult time of transition and change in her mid-20s. As she struggled to heal herself, yoga became a part of her daily routine and helped her find light in a time of darkness. It was the growth and wisdom she gained through her practice during this time that motivated her to complete a 200-hour RYT in 2016.
In her classes, Casey aims to create a balance between breath and movement, encouraging students to find presence and stillness in the mind through postures and breath. Perfect for students of all levels, her classes combine music and movement to create heat, build strength, and offer balance in the mind, body, and spirit. Her goal for each class is to help cultivate a sense of ease, strength, space, and mindfulness within her students.
